meticulously.Accurate procedure as follows:

1.Turn over crankshaft and make fuel spayer ejecting until hearing a crisp sound.It 
indiates wheel gear is good ifno unnormal noise from wheel room.

2.Wrench flywheel up and down, gap is small from crankshaft main axis stem and 
bearing bush if no sound.

3.Switch flywheel and make piston approach bottom dead centre.Then shaking,no 
"Tata"sound,it will be good forconnecting rod axis stem and bearing bush.

4.Make cylinder reduce pressure,rock turn crankshaft,flywheel will turns back promptly if piston has largebounciness.Thus it illustrates small abarasion index for cylinder,piston, piston ring.The pointer of oil pressuregauge is higher than 1 when rocking turn crankshaft.

5.Easy starting for genset,no color or light grey for fumes, stable rotating speed as well as no noise.It will be goodfor diesel engine.

    There are ISO 9001,ISO 14001,CE etc.

2. What is your MOQ, payment method, delivery time?
    Our MOQ is only 1 set. Payment method usually is 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance
    T/T before delivering,or  L/C.
    Delivery period normally will be 7~15 days after receiving customers' deposit.

3. Which port do you often use when export?
    Qingdao,Tianjin,Shanghai,Guangzhou or as customer request.

4. Is there any spare parts you can provide along with generators to make the maintenance      convenient?
   We can provide regular engine's air filter, fuel filter, oil filter to customers for self-maintenance.
