Jiangsu Startlight Electricity Equipment CO.,LTD. was founded in 1974. As the the wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Startlight Group, it is one of earlier manufactures in China. Our company covers an area of 86,000 square meter, building area of 56,000 square meters, and has more than 120 million yuan of fixed assets, and the registered capital is 151.88 million yuan. Currently, the company has a total staff of 668, including 456 professional and technical personnel 106 senior technician, 45 sales and service department all over the country. We are the only one who can provide customers with one-stop service of design, supply, commissioning and maintenance. Our company has been an accredited manufacture who obtained the authentication of National Inspection and Supervision Center of Gas Engine and Generating Sets since 1992, and passed the CE Certificate, the quality system certification of ISO1400:2008. We have been certified for the three certification systems of ISO 9001-2008 Quality, ISO 1400-2004 Environment and GBIT28001-2001 occupation health & safety management. In addition, we are authorized self-import and export qualifications. Q.:What is your warranty period?

A.:Our warranty is 1 year or 1000running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

Q.:Does your generator have global warranty?

A.:Yes, We supply the warranty.Also most of our products like Deutz,Cummins, Doosan,Yuchai,Weichai etc.power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like  Stamford and marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.

Q.:Can you accept OEM?

A.:Yes, we can accept OEM.

Q.:What is your payment  terms?

A.:We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight.  But based on some special project and special order,we can do something on payment item.

Q.:What is your delivery time?

A.:Our normal delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. But if your order is using special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
