1.Q:What is the Quality Warranty for the products?

A:We offer 12months Gurantee and 18 months Gurantee for different models of our products.   

Our company provides a guarantee on purchased goods from the date factory inspection, subject to the requirements of the consumer, product manuals, instructions and descriptions of those attached to the delivered goods.

The warranty is in valid under the follow situations::

1. Normal wear parts and assemblies;

2. Failure to comply with the operating instructions;

3. Using substandard consumables (fuel, motor oil);

4. Violation of the storage conditions, mechanical damage during transportation.

5 .Any changes to the model you purchased.

   

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 2 hours train from Shanghai .2hours plane from Guangzhou. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

3.Q:What is the material of your products?

A: Only New material can be used for our products.

Materials for Generator: 100% Pure Crankcase;

                                              If you request copper wire, must 100% Pure Copper Wire ;

                                              If you request Aluminium, must 100% Aluminium.

Materials for Water Pump: 100% Pure Auminium Pump body and Crankcase

 

4.Q:What is Minimum Order quantity? 
A: MOQ10/ 50/100 pieces for different products.

5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: From the internal parts to the outside packing, we not only make standard quality test,

but also think ahead for a better solution. Except company QC system, We have achieved CE & SONCAP certificate,EPA certificate.
