The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) calls for offers from manufacturers or system integrators for the supply, installation and commissioning of four (4) 1.6MW or three (3) 2MW diesel generator plants at its Baie Ste Anne Power Plant in Seychelles.

The Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project is for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of 6.0 +/-10% MWe (4×1.6 or 3×2.0 MWe) diesel generating sets with relevant auxiliaries at Praslin Power Station and to be operational in the year 2023.

The EOI (Expression of Interest) document containing the scope of work, qualification criteria, submission requirement and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the PUC publications page.

Any interested parties meeting the qualification criteria are welcome to submit their completed EOI document through e-mail via tender@puc.sc or by hard copy to the above-mentioned address.

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, 14 September 2022. Any late proposal will not be accepted and the interested parties shall be notified accordingly via e-mail. Submitted hard copy of EOI will be returned unopened to the interested parties.
